The Isle of Wight

Outline map of the island of Hispaniola, showing the borders of Haiti and the Dominican Republic.

I took these from the wight link site just as an example of what we could do. I think keep it simple and focus on what you think best appeals to your customers. I would need to find or take a few photos - or if you know of anyone that has access to good photos of beaches, island stuff etc.

Beaches

You’re spoiled for choice when it comes to picking out glorious beaches on the Isle of Wight.

If you’re a thrill seeker looking for somewhere to surf, you’ll be best off on the south of the Island, where the current from the English Channel helps create some sizeable swells. Compton Bay is by far and away the most popular place to ride the waves, pulling in surfers from across the UK all year round.

Walks and Cycling

There’s over 500 miles of designated footpath on the Isle of Wight. Walks include beautiful meanders over chalk downs, clifftop hikes with stunning views, winding lanes through historic villages, trails through forests and wetlands.
